Pox is more like the newest stripe on my USDA Food Pyramid -- I'm supposed to have X amount every day, and I feel run down and yucky when I don't have enough. Hey, it's Valentine's Day....you gotta expect a certain amount of heart-felt sappiness (The USDA recomends 1 cup per day, unless your doctor has you on a low-sap diet).
